I’ve always liked teddy bear, always do and always will. I guess other adult that like Teddy as much as I did is only Mr Bean. But how wrong I was, because the king of fashion, Mr Karl Lagerfeld, turn out have a soft heart for this soft toys. Make way for “couture” Teddy.

When I first take a look at the famous Lagerfeld and his Teddy, I thought I see Dr Evil and Mini Me

Lagerfeld Teddy resemblance are uncanny, wearing the famous black suit and sunglasses, Lagerfeld trade mark for over the years. And of course the famous button in the ear.

This well suited, sunglasses Teddy was only made for 2.500 pieces and sold at a staggering price of 1.500 US Dollar. I wanted one….heups on second thought perhaps I’ll stick to the regular Teddy then. It’s out on October 2008 so I guess it was sold out by now.

2009 is a liberating year for me…thus being able to survive 2008 is another major achievement for me

My company Think.Web enters it’s 3rd birthday this year, feels just yesterday I was still cramming my brains out in my small office corner

My family faced several big changes, My little brother is getting married and now expecting his first child. My mother finally said to me, take your time (hehe). My father is having his big bypass and pacemaker placement operation.

I’m on a radio show for 13 episodes, feels like one season of sinetron isn’t it?

It’s been a colorfull year for me … and I got a feeling that 2009 will be more colorfull than the previous year. It’s the year I turned 30

Don’t tell anybody that Emmy Rossum moisturise before she put her make-up on, always. It’ll make you extra-glowy in the summertime.

Don’t tell anybody, Jessica Simpson swipe a nude pencil along her inner eyes to brighten her eyes before she get off the plane. Also try concealer in the inner corners of your eye to brighten the whole area and minimise darkness.

Don’t tell anybody about Lauren Conrad motto “Less is more”. Take it down a little. Less is more with make-up.

one promise that sometimes hard to deliver

I live 29 years with a crazy curl that twisted and frizzes each time it got the chance. I’ve tried to sooth my hair, relaxed it with a chemical, curl it again and uses 1001 curl related product. The result? I still haven’t got the perfect one yet. Well I have 3 almost perfect product and I will share it with all of you.

This is the product that you have to use after you shampooed and conditioned your hair. The first product I tried is:

One of Kerastase Product from the Oleo Curl Series [Creme Oleo Curl]
This product successfully give a definition to my unruly curly hair. Have a nice smell and it doesn’t weight your hair down. But one of it downfall is it doesn’t hold your hair in it’s curly position for long. My curly hair losses it’s definition after mid day. The trick is to reapply it, sprinkle some water to your tresses and apply just a bit of this product to the end of your ringlets. But due to reapplying technique, I consume too many Oleo Curl and was flat broke by the end of the month

That’s when I encountered my second product which only half the Kerastase price, it’s from Schwarzkopf
Totally forgot the range, thanks to Watson, I found the product there. But after a couple of months it’s disapear from the shelves and I was left feeling lost and In despair of new product that actually work as well as this one. I’ve tried different type of product from the same brand name but left with totally different result. If you ever produce the range again, I buy it in an instant.

My last product which I was still using is the one from L’Oreal Elseve
Not as good as the Schwarzkopf one, but it was slightly better from Kerastase. It’s L’Oreal Elseve Smooth Intense Leave in Cream. For me that is. Due to financial factor and it actually holds your curly texture longer. And it still felt soft, not the hard effect that you will get from a gell or mouse.

So if you have a curly frizzy hair like mine, the best bet is go for L’Oreal product. If you have some extra money, go with Kerastase. But if you are lucky to meet the Schwarzkopf, I highly recomend you to pick that one.

As I see how this Bananahandle is being used, I cracked up. What on earth inspire the designer to make a handle grip with the form of a banana. Are she/he targeting for the irony of it? Well banana is slippery just ask all those clowns.  Why do you wanted to use a slippery thing to be the shape of you non-slip handle grip? Off course for the irony!

How to use it? Just slide the ripe yellow peel onto any pan handle and you’re fully protected, hands down.

Don’t. Memadukan rok mini dengan high heels. Coba aturan “seimbang”, dengan menyeimbangkan pendeknya rok mini dengan sepatu flat.

Do. Coba pakai rok jenis pencil skirt untuk mendapatkan keseluruhan gaya yang lebih formal namun tetap seksi.

Dont. Kalau mau coba denim dengan bahan berwarna putih, camkan baik-baik: jangan pilih yang terlalu ketat!

Do. Carilah model denim yang memang mendukung bentuk tubuh, dan pastikan kita selalu punya satu atau dua pasang jeans dengan model ini (ini diluar model jeans yang memang sedang in).

Do. kaos putih pas badan dan denim tetap jadi pilihan fave yang sepertinya ga pernah salah.

Problem: I like to stay up late. An act that give my skin bad complexion and oh all so tired. What to do, oh what to do?

This is the advice I’ve taken from my fave magazine of all time:
1. Do this at the night before you woke up feeling tired. Pop your moisturizer in the fridge! In the morning, wash your face and rinse with cold water, then apply your refrigerated moisturizer. The chill factor will de-puff your face, minimize pores and bring color back to your cheeks. Instant boost for a fresh beautiful skin after a rough night.

2. Remember to apply your eye cream before bed and in the morning. In the very least, it’ll help keep the area taut and smooth for the concealer you’ll need to apply in the a.m. (concealing all those hard work evidance).

3. Dab something shimmery (highlighter, light eyeshadow, or even clear lip gloss if that’s all you have) at the innermost corners of your eyes; it’ll reflect light to make them seem more open.

Believe me, this three small steps will help refresh your face in the morning. It refresh mine

Seeing both girls are like being transported back to the 70’s era. Kind of zen like hippy twist. Funny thing is, several of our local fashionistas are now very into this kind of style. Haven t really got time to take pictures of them so I opt for this Hollywood it girls instead.

Nicole is wearing a headband/tiara to the Ellen DeGeneres Show. I personally liked her hair accessories, it blended well with her hair color and it looks hippy cool. Let’s just say she make the look effortlessly cool.

Next come Mischa. She wore a similar kind of headband to Nicole, but Mischa opted for bigger across the forehead kind of band. I personally don’t like this particular piece, i think if you wanted to wear this kind of headband, opt for a thinner one, just like Nicole did. Sorry Mischa…yours just don’t work for now.

And on the last row, we have Pink. Although i couldn’t really see her headpiece but I still think it’s cute enough on her and complement her overall look.
