I like make up. I don’t know when exactly the basketball player, runner, sport crazy with no make up girl has taken so much interest in make up. But I do. Make up enhances your beauty. I used to frown each time my mom worries when she has to appear bare faces in public. But now I can see why. Because when it was used in a right way, it truly can transform you.

I know buys a lot of make up products, although I learn that basically you just need a very good face powder (infest on a good brand, because this is basically your foundation of the overall look). Number two big investment is a good lipstick (if you find your color, you’d never go wrong. Mine is Mac half n half). Number three can’t live without make up is my mascara (after a long search, my must have mascara is the waterproof clinic, easy to use everyday and it’s also easy enough to cleans). I’m officially being influenced by a commercial. Since I read the ad on UK Glamour, I was very interested on testing one. Too bad none of neutrogena product are sold here in Indonesia.  Not even on watson or any other beauty store that I know of.  The ad says that Boots are selling this product, is there any boots store still available in Jakarta? If not, too bad indeed, because this particular brand fits my skin perfectly.

Back to the wave, I was happy  when I found this product on Singapore Watson. Needless to say, yes I bout the wave and also several pads to last me several months. And now they even have a pads for blackhead eliminator! Wish the product was out last December.

After using it I was quite happy with the device. It’s not an ordinary way of cleansing your face. It involves some electronic device that gives a little vibration to your skin. Lately I’m in the search of a new mascara
I love wearing mascara on a daily basis, it accentuate my eyes, making it bigger and somehow also boost my confidence

But finding the right mascara is not as easy as it looks

1. I used one (from the brand started with M), but although it have a good thickness, it gave me a stern eyelashes at the end and it was not easy to remove
2. The second one (is from the brand L), also has a great thickness to it, makes my lashes longer and also thicker, but it was more difficult to clean, and left me with raccoon eyes every morning even tough I cleanse my face the night before. Perhaps it was just me, but I need one mascara that easy to cleans.

Well, after trying on several mascara and spending fortune on it, I settled with my last purchase from Clinique. It cost me another 210.000 IDR but I was happy with my purchase (hopefully it would last longer!).  It has enough thickness for everyday use, and the fun thing is, no more raccoon eyes for me! Yippie!!! Another plus points, it was so easy to cleans. I just have my regular cleansing milk, face wash and toner, and the mascara will removes by itself.  For now, I highly recommend this mascara for everyday casual usage. But if you expect that va va va voom effect, perhaps you should consider other brand

Btw;  I search in the net, and the pricing for it was only 14 USD, it was way more cheaper!

It’s not an actual Lilly, it’s  more like a soft tulle like sponge.Unlike the previous one that I used once  (it’s from different brand…well actually the previous one is brand less), Bath Lilly is really soft and can produce foam in a really fast and continuous way. I absolutely love it simply because:

It increase the lather of my favorite shower gel (rose scented gel), so girls, do expect lots a foam to play with
It also gently exfoliates my skin, translated: it will help remove my dead skin cells! Leaving my skin to be as smooth as new born baby (whishy wishy)
Bath Lilly have several different color, and off course I gotta have the pink one!
If you ask me; would I recommend it? Hell yes, it makes my shower time 10 times more fun than it used to be
