Brushes-Pads-and the likes

I like make up. I don’t know when exactly the basketball player, runner, sport crazy with no make up girl has taken so much interest in make up. But I do. Make up enhances your beauty. I used to frown each time my mom worries when she has to appear bare faces in public. But now I can see why. Because when it was used in a right way, it truly can transform you.

I know buys a lot of make up products, although I learn that basically you just need a very good face powder (infest on a good brand, because this is basically your foundation of the overall look). Number two big investment is a good lipstick (if you find your color, you’d never go wrong. Mine is Mac half n half). Number three can’t live without make up is my mascara (after a long search, my must have mascara is the waterproof clinic, easy to use everyday and it’s also easy enough to cleans). That’s it, that was my basic investment. Other from that, you also need to have some basic color for eyeshadow and blusher.

If you don’t go partying every weekend and you are not a make up artist or an aspiring artist, I really think that all that basic stuff would be sufficient. And my other advice is; invest on your make up tools. When I say invest, it’s not that you have to spend hundreds of thousands of rupiah. But yes, find a good make up tools to help your application. Several months ago, I search for the perfect blusher brush. I first opt for Mac, but somehow when I calculate it again it cost over 200.000 IDR alone. Lucky, at that very moment the counter has just run out of the size that I wanted. Saved! The second searching get me to face shop. They offer a wide range of brushes, and it looks quite similar with the one at Mac (at least from about 3 meters eye sight). At that time I was busy buying nail polish, and is not prepare to but that blusher brush at only 90-100.000 IDR. 50% less than the Mac one.

Before I got the time to get back to the face shop, I struck gold with tamiya (forgot if it’s one or two m)  brand :) it’s a cheap, affordable, yet somehow it felt “not bad” of a blusher blush. I’ve got a package blush blusher with eyeshadow brush for around 40-50.000 IDR! Not bad huh? The brush is soft enough, and most importantly havent been sheding.  If you are intersted in brushes-pads-an the likes and you wanted to go as minimal as you can, find yourself a tamiya selling store, there’s one in Pejaten Village. Or if you have moderate budget, go with the one of Face Shop, or even if you wanted to splurge I’d go with the one from Mac.
