Look at that petal
Remember my fave reality fashion; Project Runway?
Yes, the winner is picked already. I missed about 1/2 of the overall season. Perhaps I did miss several action, but lucky me, I still able to see the final showing at Discovery. And I love…love…love…yes, I repeat it again, love the winner final project.

Ok, she’s not that extravagant type of designer.
Who do their design with an edgy touch
But to me, Leanne Marshall work works!
It looked very polished!
And a girl would look darn cute on those collection
Up until now, I still cannot make my own skirt let alone petal inspired skirt. The white singer machine just sat there collecting dust in the corner. So, to see a project being done with such attention to detail was very inspiring
Put that aside, I was also very concern on the jury comment on;
“can she break out of the one track design that she delivered within the final show”
I manage to peek into Leanne official sites and found that, yes the girl do like pleats (this is the core concept that appears on almost all of her collection from 2008 to 2009). Although they come in slightly different format, but if you happen to look at the collection from 2008-2009 in one fashion show, you will see one show instead of four or five. I really hope that she can break out of the “one track design”.
All in all, I still value her detailed work on the fabric. Especially the one that she did for Project Runway Final. It really do would look very lovely to wear.
