Dang! Padahal gue baru saja mau menjaga dengan ketat pengeluaran lembaran uang dan gesekan kartu plastik.  Godaan semakin tinggi ketika mata melihat iklan setengah halaman di salah satu surat kabar dalam minggu ini mengumumkan tentang;

MIDNIGHT SALE

Bukan satu, tapi 2! Iya, satu di Lippo Karawaci dan satu di well….guess!! Puri Indah is having a midnight sale! And they are having it in the same day as Lippo did. Gue pikir trend kaya gini cuma berlangsung ditengah kota Jakarta aja, tapi sekarang sudah merambah sampai ke barat Jakarta.

Oh well, walau dengan iming-iming diskon sampai 90% yang terus terang menggoda iman, gue belum yakin apakah diri ini mau menyambagi dua mall itu. Tol, another tol and well another tol…sums up as, jauh. Walau, to think of it  I really need a new wardrobe (excuses, excuses, excuses).

Anyway, for you guys yang berniat bertempur dalam the craziness of MIDNIGHT SALE, I would advise you to:

1. Datang dari jam 8! dengan begini lo bisa keliling2, nyobain semua yang mau lo coba dan sesaat sebelum Midnight Sale mulai, lo udah bisa langsung ngumpulin barang dan bayar.  Really, it helps you beat the long and boring queue! Not to mention kalau ada ibu-ibu tiba-tiba mepet-mepet di sebelah lo padahal lo udah ngantri disitu about half an hour. It happened once, and well, the crowd gone crazy about that. The incident also involves one security guard and a whole lot of yelling.
2. Wear a sandal or any footwear that is easy to take off.  Mudah kalau lo mau coba sepatu, jeans, celana dan lainnya.
3. Wear tight! Easy to try on a dress, jeans, or skirt
4. What else? Bring also a crazy companion that would volunteer to do the queuing or holding your shopping bag afterwards
